Job summary

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice law.
• 7+ years in complex document review and discovery across large-scale litigation.
• Deep knowledge of litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery best practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity and other major eDiscovery platforms.
• GenAI proficiency with prompts design, validation, and advisory use across discovery workflows.
• Familiarity with TAR, analytics tools, and review efficiency protocols.
• Ability to train/lead contract attorneys and review teams.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Willingness to work after hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large, complex matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and QA for review teams.
• Design and implement efficient review workflows, including TAR and defensible search methods.
• Define scope, track progress, lead meetings, and coordinate with clients, outside counsel, vendors.
• Analyze review findings, produce metrics, and support depositions and trial prep.
• Provide hands-on Relativity and other platform support; assist with privilege logs and searches.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge through documentation and publications.
• Support special/urgent client requests as needed.
