Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis seeks a Legal Practice Technology Discovery Advisor to lead end-to-end discovery on complex matters, leveraging Relativity, TAR and GenAI tools to drive efficiency and quality. You will work with LPT Directors, attorneys and review teams to manage projects from start to finish.

The role requires a JD with at least 7 years of eDiscovery experience and a strong consulting, analytics and training background.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice law.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting complex document review projects in large-scale litigation.
• Deep knowledge of litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity and other major eDiscovery platforms.
• Proficiency with AI tools for document review and discovery workflows.
• Familiarity with TAR and analytics to drive efficiency and quality.
• Ability to lead and train contract attorneys and review teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large, complex matters from investigation to production.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and quality assurance for review teams.
• Design and implement review workflows including TAR and defensible search methodologies.
• Define scope, track progress, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Analyze review findings, produce metrics, and support depositions and trial prep.
• Provide hands-on Relativity support and other litigation tech tools.
