Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes and identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency.
• Analyze operational business requirements and perform gap analysis for modifications to existing processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.
• Validate proposed solutions to ensure they meet the underlying need.
• Collect marketing materials from industry providers that claim to satisfy identified business requirements.
• Document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Analyze existing capabilities against business requirements to find gaps in technology.
• Compare marketing materials and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO prioritization of new projects.
• Validate that proposed solutions deliver a new functional capability addressing existing requirements.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate capabilities across products for purchase recommendations.
• Review solution configuration changes to keep the Discovery Program's capabilities accurately documented.
• Perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned
