Job summary

The role focuses on documenting and improving business processes, conducting gap analyses, and providing data-driven analyses to support government technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Analyze existing and new processes to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Analyze operational business requirements and perform gap analyses for modifications.
• Build and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Collect marketing materials from solution providers to support requirements.
• Document and manage functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Analyze existing capabilities vs requirements to find gaps impacting processes.
• Compare providers' marketing materials and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO.
• Verify proposed solutions deliver new business capabilities addressing requirements.
• Create and run thorough test scripts to evaluate products fairly.
• Review solution configuration changes to maintain an accurate picture of capabilities.
• Perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned.
