- Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes to identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of operational business requirements and perform gap analysis for modifications to processes.
Responsibilities
- Document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
- Validate proposed solutions meet the underlying needs of requirements.
- Build and execute thorough test scripts to evaluate capabilities across products.
- Review solution configuration changes to maintain an accurate picture of business capabilities.
