Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to enable training, analysis, and redesign.
• Analyze existing and new business processes and identify opportunities to improve workforce efficiency.
• Perform gap analysis for required modifications to business processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database showing how each requirement is supported.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs and document rationale.
• Collect marketing materials from industry providers to support identified requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Analyze existing capabilities against requirements to identify technology gaps affecting processes.
• Compare marketing materials from providers and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO decision making.
• Validate that proposed solutions deliver new functional capabilities addressing current requirements.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate product breadth and depth for fair purchasing recommendations.
• Review solution configuration changes to maintain an accurate picture of business capabilities.
