CGS is seeking a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to support legal accounts and help optimize business processes through rigorous analysis and testing. The position is full-time at an executive level in the Legal department, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training and redesign.
• Analyze current and new processes to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Analyze operational requirements and perform gap analysis for modifications.
• Maintain a requirements database documenting support for each need.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute thorough test scripts to evaluate capabilities across products.
• Review solution configurations to keep an accurate picture of business capabilities.
• Document and manage functional capabilities of IT solutions.
• Compare marketing materials and deliver analyses of alternatives for PMO decisions.
• Perform additional systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned.
