Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to join the Legal department in a full-time capacity. The role supports multiple accounts, analyzes business processes, and documents requirements to drive efficiency and effective IT solutions.

The Senior Analyst will lead requirements collection, capability analysis, and testing activities while collaborating with PMO and industry providers to recommend optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Perform gap analysis for proposed modifications to processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database for business needs.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Collect marketing materials from solution providers for analysis.
• Document functional capabilities of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate products fairly.
• Review solution configuration changes to maintain accurate capability pictures.
• Conduct systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned.
• Support PMO with analyses of alternatives to prioritize projects.
