This executive-level role emphasizes thorough documentation and strategic collaboration across teams.

You will document and manage new and existing business processes, perform gap analyses, develop a requirements database, and evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business and IT systems analyst supporting legal portfolios.
• Ability to document and manage business processes for training, analysis, and redesign.
• Skilled in conducting gap analyses and validating solutions against business needs.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes and identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency.
• Conduct thorough analysis of operational business requirements and conduct a gap analysis for modifications to existing processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Collect marketing materials from industry providers to satisfy identified requirements.
• Document and manage functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Analyze capabilities against requirements to find technology gaps.
• Compare materials and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO prioritization.
• Validate that proposed solutions deliver new business capabilities addressing requirements.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate products and inform purchase recommendations.
• Review solution configurations to keep Discovery Program's capabilities accurate.
• Perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks.
