Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to support electronic discovery applications and related tools within a fast-paced legal environment. You will administer and monitor systems, ensure performance, and implement secure, redundant architectures while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires knowledge of EDRM, experience with Relativity or Veritas eDP, and proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SQL Server.

Qualifications

Experience supporting electronic discovery applications and related tools.
Ability to install, configure, test and maintain operating systems and system management tools.
Knowledge of security, backup and redundancy strategies.
Experience with e-discovery tools (Relativity, Veritas eDP) hosted in cloud environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test, and maintain OSs and applications.
Monitor application performance and work with vendors to implement fixes.
Support backend infrastructure, data migrations, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Develop training for end-users and contribute to knowledge articles.
