Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to support legal accounts and maintain electronic discovery platforms.

You will administer and monitor systems, ensure performance, implement security, backups, and migrations across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge of EDRM, Relativity, and SQL Server, with collaboration across vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic discovery tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of the EDRM framework and legal tech workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test, maintain OS and software.
• Monitor and test application performance; coordinate fixes with vendors and developers.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Liaise with vendors on behalf of the organization to address product issues.
• Develop training materials for end-users on discovery tools.
