Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to join the Legal department and support electronic discovery applications and related infrastructure. You will administer systems, manage security, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with e-discovery tools (Relativity, eDP) and cloud/OS infrastructure, and you will contribute to knowledge bases and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic discovery applications and related tools.
• Ability to install, configure, test, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and SQL Server 2019/2022.
• Knowledge of EDRM and legal tech processes.
• Experience with data migrations and backend infrastructure.
• Experience liaising with vendors and providing end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day‑to‑day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor installed systems and infrastructure; install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and work with vendors to implement fixes.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Assist in architecture design discussions and technical planning.
• Support discovery application integration and migration activities.
