Qualifications
- Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
- Administer, monitor, install and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Monitor performance and identify bottlenecks; work with vendors to implement fixes.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Assist in technical architecture discussions and knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Provide training for end-users on e-discovery tools and applications.
- Reverse engineer and document the as-is architecture of legacy systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for discovery workflows.
- Support discovery application integration and migration activities.
- Contribute to knowledge management databases with technical articles.
