Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Programs & Business Operations Lead to own the merchandising and discoverability strategy for Experiences. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Supply to align ranking, personalization, and to build a reporting layer that tracks improvements in surfaceability.

You will report to the Director of Business Growth for Experiences and collaborate with SEM/SEO/Display leads to ensure coherent channel strategies and non-duplication across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business operations or strategy for marketplaces.
• Strong analytical foundation with data-driven decision making.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering on ranking or merchandising.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders while navigating ambiguity.
• Clear communication and ability to influence roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own merchandising and discoverability strategy on top of ranking.
• Partner with Product, Eng, and Supply to align on ranking and personalization.
• Build and maintain dashboards to measure discoverability and placement.
• Drive a data-driven approach to merchandising investment.
• Collaborate with SEM/SEO/Display to ensure coherent channel strategies.
