Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Disbursement Reviewer Senior to audit settlement statements and lien searches, ensuring accuracy before accounts are settled. The role collaborates closely with the Disbursements Team and global finance to support accurate reporting.

Candidates should bring 2–4 years of accounting experience, familiarity with reconciliations, and a background in asset management or banking. A professional accounting designation is a plus, with a solid benefits package including PTO and

Qualifications

2+ years of accounting experience and familiarity with file/account reconciliations.
Knowledge of Canadian Securities Registration system is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Review and verify all lien search information and settlement statements prepared by the settlement team.
Review and approve advances and inventory purchases.
Verify and review annual files and ensure the file summary is up to date.
Reconcile settlement accounts to the general ledger (auction proceeds payable, holdbacks, repairs & hauling, etc).
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with settlement staff and site personnel.
Ensure appropriate authorizations per contracts and company policy; review and post AP invoices and AR transactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
