Equity Staffing Group is seeking a Rebate Disbursement Analyst to support a large healthcare and pharmacy benefits organization in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on accurate, end-to-end rebate disbursements and payment processing across an assigned client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial operations, understands rebate terms, and can collaborate across Quality Control, Billing, FP&A, Legal, and Client Management to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex financial or rebate operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Proficiency in Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end rebate disbursement for assigned clients.
• Execute payments using disbursement systems.
• Interpret contracts and terms to ensure payments meet requirements.
• Serve as subject matter expert for client rebates.
• Meet accuracy, quality, and timeliness metrics.
• Research and respond to payment inquiries.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Perform variance and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Support ad hoc projects.
