Job summary

Kroll Settlement Administration, part of Kroll, is seeking a Senior Analyst to support a case team and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment. The role involves supervising junior analysts, managing a full case load, and collaborating across teams to ensure accurate claims processing and timely outcomes.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years in claims administration are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or comparable work experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in claims administration, or a closely related field required.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team-based fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with professional clients.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively adhere to a budget and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
• Understanding of data sets and data management concepts required.

Responsibilities

• Project Management – Supervises work product of junior Analysts and is accountable for a full case load of matters they are responsible for administering.
• Project Execution – Proactively managing cases to meet and exceed project requirements and deadlines, within budget and at the highest quality standards.
• Research & Communication – Handle escalated claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, managers and/or Senior Managers as needed.
• Reporting & Documentation - Review project reporting and summaries for accuracy and completeness to identify case-related issues to be addressed. Assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments and ensuring related documentation accurately reflects requirements outlined in the applicable service agreement.
