Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Disability Benefits Representative to oversee SSDI and SSI cases for veterans, with a deep fluency in SSA regulations and a commitment to customer success. The role requires five+ years of successful representation, ALJ hearing experience, and the ability to lead a remote team while maintaining the highest professional standards and NADR/ADR compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SSI/SSDI representation with ALJ hearing experience.
• Proven high approval rate at hearing level and complex case handling.
• Experience with SSA rules, HALLEX, POMS, CFR updates.
• Familiarity with NADR's ADR standards and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum representation for SSI/SSDI claimants at all SSA review levels.
• Develop and execute case strategy including medical evidence and RFC analysis.
• Lead pre-hearing preparation with clients and medical/vocational arguments.
• Cross-examine ME and VE witnesses at ALJ hearings with precision.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and communication.
