Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Senior Disability Claims Examiner to work virtually, managing a portfolio of Short-Term Disability claims and guiding employee leave experiences for a major client. You will communicate across channels, document conversations, and develop clear claim plans while supporting client Leave teams.

Role requires 2-3 years of STD experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex policy provisions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Short-Term Disability claims is required.
• FMLA/State Leave experience is preferred.
• Proactive communication across multiple channels to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while managing approximately 95 STD claims.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex claims including co-morbidities and behavioral health issues.
