Parmele Disability Advocates seeks a Client Support Representative to guide clients through the Social Security Disability process with empathy and clarity. You will be the main contact for clients, coordinating with SSA and internal teams to keep cases moving and clients informed at every step.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and maintain detailed client information.
• Monitor case timelines and deadlines to support timely progression.
• Prepare routine correspondence and case-related documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure client service.
• Perform administrative tasks to support legal teams and case development.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies.
