Jobot seeks a talented Social Security Disability Attorney to join our legal team in a permanent, remote-friendly role based near Charlotte, NC.

You will represent clients in SSD claims and appeals, collaborating with medical professionals and using strong advocacy, negotiation, and research skills to secure benefits.

Qualified candidates have a JD, Bar in good standing, and at least 5 years of SSD experience; exceptional client service is essential.

Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of SSD attorney experience.
• Proven track record in SSD claims & appeals.
• Extensive knowledge of SSD laws & regs.
• Experience handling injury/accident cases.
• Excellent negotiation & advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a high caseload with strong client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Represent clients in all stages of Social Security Disability claims and appeals.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to the Social Security Administration.
• Conduct thorough case analysis to determine the best course of action for each client.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate for their rights in court.
• Stay updated on changes in Social Security Disability laws and regulations.
• Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients, helping them navigate the SSD process.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, vocational experts, and other specialists to build strong cases.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
