Job summary

Partnership for After School Education (PASE) in New York City is seeking a Senior Program Director to oversee a diverse portfolio of professional development programs for adults across youth development, school-based, community-based, and government-funded contexts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing, coordinating, or delivering trainings, a strong background in youth development, familiarity with government funding, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of related professional experience in youth/workforce development.
• Strong background in youth development in school-based or community settings.
• Familiarity with DYCD funded programs and reporting requirements.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum development and training delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of professional development programs and contracts.
• Coordinate and deliver trainings, workshops, and large events.
• Lead budgeting, contracting, and reporting for projects.
• Foster external partnerships and represent PASE at coalitions.
• Supervise and coach program staff; guide program strategy with leadership.
