Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is seeking a strategic Director of Digital Products to guide the post-purchase customer experience across after-sales services, mobile training, enterprise workflows, and connected product experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven success leading customer-facing web, mobile, SaaS, or connected digital products.
• Experience delivering products in after-sales services, mobile apps, enterprise workflows, or self-service.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for after-sales experiences.
• Lead product strategy for mobile applications delivering education, training, safety, certifications and AI guidance.
• Develop enterprise workflow solutions connecting customers, service centers, distributors, field teams, and operations.
• Drive product discovery via research, analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Product Design to translate customer needs into intuitive digital experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable web, mobile, and connected apps using Agile practices.
• Prioritize backlogs, define MVPs, and lead execution from concept to launch.
• Leverage feedback, analytics, and AI to optimize adoption and performance.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor Product Managers and foster innovation and accountability.
