Daymark Health seeks a Senior Director of Provider Growth to lead its nationwide provider network expansion. You will drive strategic partnerships, craft compelling value propositions, and move high-potential opportunities from vision to signed agreements, reporting to the VP of Provider Growth.

Strong understanding of value-based care and payer/provider ecosystems.
Proven ability to close provider contracts and manage partnerships.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Daymark’s long-term provider engagement strategy.
Drive partnerships with risk-bearing entities and channel partners.
Build relationships with provider leaders and administrators.
Develop materials and customize proposals for various providers.
Lead deal sourcing, diligence, and contract hand-off.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
