Job summary

CAQH, in partnership with DataSpring, seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to lead an integrated growth marketing function driving demand, pipeline, and revenue across payer and provider markets. The role is full-time, remote, and reports to the SVP, Brand, Marketing & Communications.

You will own provider segment strategies and oversee campaigns, events, and ROI optimization. This role requires 10+ years in B2B marketing, strong leadership, and expertise in marketing automation platforms

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of B2B marketing, growth marketing, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading integrated growth marketing strategies across campaigns, events, digital and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Own overall growth marketing strategy across integrated campaigns, content, and performance marketing.
• Translate objectives into annual growth plans, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead provider and payer segments with channel activation, events, and demand generation.
• Oversee provider segment campaigns, content direction, and event design to meet pipeline targets.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and Product Marketing to align with commercial priorities.
