Job summary

Daymark Health, a value-based oncology company, is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Payer Growth. You will report to the VP of Growth and drive payer partnerships and strategies to scale Daymark Health across markets.

You will partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Product and other teams to accelerate payer pipelines and expand access to integrated cancer care nationwide. You will shepherd opportunities from market insight to contract, owning complex negotiations and documentation,

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and managing payer partnerships.
• Experience selling to national payers and value-based deals.
• Strong analytical skills for operating models and proformas.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, payer policies and competition to grow pipeline.
• Own payer relationships from analysis to contracting with national payers.
• Develop materials and tailor collateral for plans and markets.
• Collaborate with Provider Growth, Finance, Product and Engineering.
• Lead RFP/RFI processes and complex value-based care negotiations.
