Job summary

Daymark Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Provider Growth to drive Daymark’s provider network.

You will report to the VP of Provider Growth and work at the intersection of strategy and execution to convince oncology practices to partner with Daymark in the shift to value‑based care. You will travel up to 20% and build relationships with independent practices, academic centers, and large oncology networks, translating market insights into actionable collaboration opportunities with

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling provider contracts in dual‑sided networks.
• Build genuine, trust‑based relationships with physician leaders and administrators.
• 8+ years in business development, internal strategy, or VC/PE within healthcare.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Able to build/oversee financial modeling for shared savings and JVs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Network Expansion: develop long‑term strategy to engage oncology providers and partnerships.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: create innovative compensation and shared savings models; manage partnerships end‑to‑end.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: collaborate with Growth and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new practices.
