Job summary

Osmose is hiring a Director of Business Development for the IOU investor-owned utilities power market, based in the greater Houston area. The role drives direct sales of Osmose services and coordinates with Atlanta-based Corporate Development.

Travel ~80% to manage and grow strategic accounts across utilities. The ideal candidate has a strong consultative sales background, leadership skills, and experience building strategic partnerships within the utility sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years in consultative sales; utilities experience is a plus.
• Must have leadership and self-motivation qualities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales calls and presentations to established and prospective customers for Osmose services and products.
• Create sales plans ensuring market coverage and appropriate contact frequency.
• Coordinate with general managers to maintain and grow the customer base.
