Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a driven sales professional to directly sell Osmose services and products across multiple utility accounts. The role involves establishing relationships at multiple levels within utilities, developing plans to maximize market coverage, and coordinating with Operations and Contracts teams to optimize proposals and pricing.

The candidate must have five-plus years in sales, willingness to travel overnight, and strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct sales calls and presentations to established prospective customers for all Osmose services and products.
• Create relationships with contacts inside utilities at various levels including senior executives.
• Develop sales plans and schedules to ensure market coverage and appropriate contact frequency.
• Coordinate sales activity with General Managers-Operations to maintain existing customers and support calls to new customers.
• Advise Contracts team on proposals using market intelligence.
• Submit price recommendations after gathering production and scheduling information.
• Work with Operations to align crew availability with project schedules and customer expectations.
• Produce annual sales forecasts with Sr. Director and VP-Business Development and update regularly.
• Record and maintain customer data in company systems.
• Develop and implement annual plans to improve personal performance and participate in sales and product training initiatives.
