Job summary

Osmose is seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive growth across utility accounts in the Northeast. The role focuses on initiating calls, presenting Osmose services, and expanding relationships with utility contacts at multiple levels.

You will develop annual sales plans, coordinate with Operations, advise on proposals, and help forecast activity with senior leadership. Travel is required to meet customers and project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales or utility management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage, not required.
• Proven leadership and self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel overnight and irregular hours.
• Commitment to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective customers for Osmose services.
• Build relationships with utility contacts at multiple levels, including senior executives.
• Create sales plans and schedules to ensure market coverage and contact frequency.
• Coordinate sales activities with General Managers-Operations to support existing and new customers.
• Advise Contracts team on proposals using market intelligence.
• Submit price recommendations after gathering production and scheduling data.
• Work with Operations to sync crew availability with project schedules.
• Develop annual sales forecasts with Sr. Director and VP-Business Development.
• Maintain customer and contact information in company systems.
• Develop annual plans to improve personal performance; participate in training.
