Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional located in the United States to drive direct sales of Osmose services and products.

You will coordinate with Corporate Development and Product Management when team selling is required and work to expand the customer base while protecting brand image. The role requires building relationships with utility contacts, developing annual sales plans, and delivering accurate forecasts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in sales and/or a utility management position; utility experience is a plus.
• Leadership and self-motivation qualities evidenced by prior roles.
• Must be willing to travel overnight and work varied hours to achieve results.

Aufgaben

• Initiate and conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective customers for all Osmose services and products.
• Build relationships with utility contacts at various levels, including senior executives.
• Create and execute sales plans to ensure market coverage and appropriate contact frequency.
• Coordinate sales activity with General Managers-Operations and Contracts team as needed.
• Provide market intelligence to advise proposal development and craft language when necessary.
• Submit price recommendations after gathering production and scheduling information.
• Collaborate with Operations to align crew availability with project schedules and customer expectations.
• Produce annual sales forecasts for assigned accounts and maintain accuracy of forecasts.
• Develop annual plans to improve personal performance and participate in training.
