The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a PMP certification, 7+ years of experience in project management within commercial real estate, and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
