The Role

As a Senior Manager in Transformation Consulting, you own larger or multiple engagements and the client relationships around them. You are accountable for delivery quality and commercial results, and you help build the Transformation Consulting offering — methods, people and pipeline. Our practice covers Cost Transformation, Operating Model, Growth & Commercial and Delivery & Handover.

• Experience in one or more of our industries: aerospace & defense, consumer, education, energy, financial services, government & public services, health care, insurance, sports, technology, media & telecom, and utilities & renewables.
• Consulting background combined with time in industry running the work.
• Relevant professional certifications for the service line.

Engagement & Compensation

This role is contract-to-hire. You join Taidou as an independent contractor for an initial onboarding period (typically 90 days), during which we agree your goals together. Once the conversion criteria set out in your offer are met, you convert to a full-time position with benefits.
