Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio. You will own the product operating model, drive governance and roadmaps, and lead a team of product managers and UX designers to deliver measurable outcomes across Federal and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, OR Associate's degree with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience, OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and IT.
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Roadmap: Own the two to three year roadmap and NorthStar vision for each product area.
• Outcomes and Governance: Define KPIs, OKRs, and run portfolio-level visual management and reviews.
• Technical Product Leadership: Ensure INVEST-quality user stories and collaborate with engineering on design and delivery.
• Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Manage funding, governance and decision rights across product lines.
• People and Team Leadership: Lead and coach the product management and UX team, including hiring and performance management.
