Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio. You will own the product operating model, drive strategy, and manage a team of product managers and UX designers across federal and commercial markets.

You will define KPIs, governance, and prioritization, partnering with Engineering to ship capabilities that move measurable outcomes. This role requires deep federal/commercial market insight and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 10+ years of professional experience in technical product management and IT
• Experience leading product managers or product teams
• Knowledge of Agile practices and enterprise software delivery
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and data governance

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization framework across the DSCX portfolio.
• Lead a team of product managers and UX designers; manage hiring and performance.
• Define KPIs, OKRs, and governance; drive outcomes over feature counts.
• Partner with Engineering on technical design and delivery within enterprise standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and funding pipelines.
