Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio. This role drives the operating model, prioritization, and governance while guiding PMs and UX designers to translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs.

You will partner with Engineering to ship capabilities across Federal and commercial markets, with a focus on AI-enabled opportunities and a strong compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Product Management and IT

Responsibilities

• Lead product management across the DSCX portfolio for GE Aerospace
• Own the product operating model: roadmap standards, prioritization framework, and governance
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and UX designers to translate outcomes into backlogs
• Partner with Engineering on design, sequencing, and delivery within enterprise architecture and data governance
