Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive professional experience in program management/IT.
• Military experience considered equivalent to professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in total, with at least 5 years in program management and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery across the DSCX portfolio and set the delivery cadence.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and RAID logs to keep programs on track.
• Lead and develop a team of program and project managers; coach for delivery excellence.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and cost with a $25+MM budget; ensure governance and reporting.
