Job summary

GE Aerospace’s Senior Director, Technical Product Management leads the DSCX portfolio across Defense & Systems. The role requires building a sustainable operating model, standard processes, and a prioritization framework while coaching a team of product managers and UX designers to translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs.

You will own the product operating model, partner with Engineering, and drive measurable results across Federal and commercial markets, with a focus on AI

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in Technical Product Management and IT; military experience counts.
• Ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary product team.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap standard and two-to-three year roadmaps for each product area.
• Define KPIs, OKRs, and governance; manage a portfolio of 30+ digital products.
• Lead product managers and UX designers; partner with Engineering on delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and funding pipelines; ensure outcome focus.
