Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Director of Program Management within the Digital Technology organization supporting Defense & Systems. The role leads a team of 4–6 PMs, owns the $25+MM CX budget, and ensures on-time delivery across the DSCX portfolio.

You'll establish standard operating rhythms, drive risk and dependency management, and coach a distributed team to achieve predictable execution, leveraging AI opportunities to expand delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Program Management/IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in program management and IT, with experience leading teams.
• Military experience considered equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery (OTD) across the DSCX portfolio and set targets.
• Run weekly and monthly operating reviews, standups, and retros.
• Lead Daily Visual Management for status visibility and risk flags.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget tradeoffs with finance and ops.
