GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Product Management within the Digital Technology organization for the Defense & Systems group. You will lead product managers and UX designers, own the operating model, roadmaps, prioritization, and governance, and partner with Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes across Federal and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in related fields or 13 years with an Associate's degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and IT.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap standard used across DSCX product areas.
• Define two- to three-year roadmaps and NorthStar vision for each product.
• Define and apply a prioritization framework (e.g., RICE).
• Drive feature development 1–2 quarters ahead with Eng teams.
• Run Daily Visual Management for the portfolio and own KPIs/OKRs.
