GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Product Management within the Digital Technology organization supporting the Defense & Systems (D&S) business. This role leads the DSCX product management function and owns the product operating model across 30+ digital products, including AI-driven opportunities.

The position oversees 8–10 direct reports of product managers and UX designers, driving strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes in Federal and commercial markets.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical product management and IT.
• Experience leading product management for enterprise digital products.
• Familiarity with government contracting, FAR, or export controls is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product roadmap standard across DSCX product areas.
• Establish and govern the prioritization framework and KPIs/OKRs.
• Lead a team of product managers and UX designers to translate business outcomes into backlogs.
• Partner with Engineering on technical design and delivery within enterprise architecture and data governance.
