Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Sr. Director, Technology & Systems for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will own the technology strategy, roadmaps, data governance, cybersecurity, and AI adoption across the organization, while managing vendors and budgets.

You will partner with executives to translate complex tech decisions into business value, guiding change across departments and ensuring scalable, responsible technology investments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in technology or systems leadership with senior/director experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and cloud collaboration environments.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and deploying AI tools in an organizational context.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year technology strategy and roadmap aligned to growth objectives.
• Lead technology investments, priorities, and trade-offs with executive stakeholders.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, vendors, and cybersecurity program.
• Drive AI adoption with training, governance, and risk controls.
• Coach and develop internal technology capabilities and cross-functional teams.
