Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect, fully remote in the United States. You will shape technical strategy, design cloud-native architectures, and lead critical technical decisions across engineering, product, and client teams.

The role combines hands-on coding with strategic technology planning and client engagement. You will own roadmaps, review architectural choices, and mentor senior engineers while collaborating with executives and distributed teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional software development experience, including architecture/leadership responsibilities.
Hands-on coding ability; able to review PRs and prototype solutions.
Experience with AI-powered engineering and AI adoption in SDLC.
Proven design of distributed, cloud-native, scalable systems.
Product ownership from problem to launch and iteration using metrics.

Responsibilities

Shape the technical direction for client projects and internal products.
Design scalable, cloud-native architectures and contribute code, reviews, and prototypes.
Lead pre‑sales discussions, scope projects, and translate business goals into technical plans.
Mentor engineers and raise standards for code quality, security, and delivery.
