The role bridges Tech Center and EPC Project Management, Construction, and Operations, turning field needs into prioritized tech initiatives with measurable business value. The position requires systems-level expertise in utility-scale solar and EPC, strong financial acumen, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or another relevant technical discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, EPC, engineering, or technology strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from opportunity identification to implementation/commercialization.
• Strong systems-level understanding of utility-scale energy projects, EPC, and project economics.
• Strong financial skills including business-case development, NPV/IRR/ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and product strategy within the Tech Center aligned with EPC objectives.
• Translate field needs into technology initiatives and product requirements across teams.
• Develop portfolio analyses and prioritization based on value, impact, feasibility and risk.
• Lead commercialization and deployment planning for priority technologies.
• Coordinate strategy with Qcells and Hanwha teams in the U.S. and globally.
• Travel up to 30% and manage a hybrid-office schedule.
