Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage divestment execution for assigned project assets and track closing conditions.
• Oversee project execution, monitor cost, schedule, and contract performance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and affiliate teams on asset planning and issue resolution.
• Prepare periodic reporting for leadership reviews and HQ submissions.
