Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Financial Manager to lead financial operations within the Sales Administration team, ensuring accurate reporting and driving process improvements to support Builder Direct sales actions.

The role collaborates with Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, and operations to optimize financial processes and align with company goals, including contract reviews and accruals management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross‑functional financial processes to support sales operations.
• Partner with Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, and operations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for sales performance.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review customer contracts for compliance with Samsung policies and invoicing needs.
• Manage credit waiver needs and credit checking rules.
• Create accruals for funding as needed.
• Manage billing when outside standard SEA processes.
• Reconcile and close projects to zero AR balance.
• Create accruals, manage checkbooks and customer claims.
