Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience in sales, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience in ecommerce sales forecasting, promotions, pricing, and category management.
• Financial modeling and P&L management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in competitive and market landscape analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Strategic Owner responsible for revenue, SEA% share, and sellout targets.
• Develop data-driven perspectives on end-to-end operations from marketing to fulfillment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Service to optimize customer experience.
• Set up daily/weekly Marketing Traffic, Orders, CVR, ROAS plans with SCM team and forecast KPIs.
• Lead reporting and dashboards; communicate performance to senior leadership.
