Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead data infrastructure, analytics, and sales planning for the SEA B2B Display Division.

You will own the data ecosystem, including the sales data cube, Alteryx ETL workflows, Tableau reporting, and mapping tables, while guiding the bi-annual quota setting for the sales org. You will drive data governance, reporting infrastructure, and process improvements across the Data & Infrastructure team,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or a related role.
• Experience owning data infrastructure and reporting systems in a B2B sales environment.
• Prior experience managing or coordinating a technical team is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the B2B Display sales data cube with reliable refreshes and data accuracy.
• Build, maintain, and monitor Alteryx ETL workflows; investigate failures and data anomalies.
• Administer Tableau dashboards and ensure data connections refresh correctly.
• Maintain mapping tables for headcount, territory realignments, and product categories.
• Design and implement end-to-end data processes and documentation.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors to resolve data and reporting issues.
