Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the energy/infrastructure strategy for North America. You will own the business model, governance, and investment readiness across a growing portfolio, while closely aligning with HQ in Korea and cross-functional teams.

You will drive planning cycles, manage executive dashboards, and deliver decision-ready materials to senior leadership, including sensitivity analyses and risk quantification. Travel ~30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategy, corporate planning, PMO/operations, project finance/investment, development leadership in energy/infrastructure, or strategy consulting.
• Strong command of valuation, DCF-based thinking, and sensitivity/risk analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to produce executive-ready written/verbal deliverables for senior leadership and investment committees.
• Strong operating rigor and stakeholder management.
• Bilingual Korean/English (speaking/writing) with HQ engagement
• Willingness to travel (~30%), depending on portfolio needs and key meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and refine the business model for growth priorities and market expansion.
• Oversee investment readiness, due diligence, and transaction enablement from screening to close.
• Coordinate governance across PMO, finance, legal, risk, and engineering for portfolio execution.
• Develop and manage annual/rolling plans, KPI/OKR dashboards, and exec operating cadence.
• Provide executive-level reporting, memos, and decision-ready packages to HQ (Korea) and leadership.
