• Experience building high-performing teams and mobilising matrixed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate R&D strategy into clear priorities, outcomes and execution plans.
• Lead priority workstreams that improve planning discipline, portfolio strategy and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across R&D LT effectiveness and external partnerships.
• Contribute to ViiV R&D strategy and business plan, including board materials and investor relations.
• Define objectives, milestones, KPIs and scorecards to track progress and decisions.
